    Public docs site for install steps, configuration (tone of voice, escalation rules, knowledge sources), and troubleshooting. Will live at docs.helmsly.io.

  • Changelog

    Reverse-chronological feed of every release — what shipped, when, and why. Public from day one so anyone evaluating Helmsly can see how active development is.

  • Status page

    Live uptime for the AI APIs, the chat widget, and webhook delivery, with public incident history. Goes live before we have any paying customers.

Now that we're live

Live on the Shopify App Store since 2026-05-18 — here's what's queued next.

  • More languages

    English-only at launch. After that, the most-requested languages first — likely Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese given typical Shopify-store geographies.

  • Conversation analytics

    Dashboards inside the embedded admin for resolution rate, response time, escalation reasons, and per-topic volume — so merchants can see where the AI saves the most time.

  • More channels

    Instagram DMs and WhatsApp first, then SMS once we work through Twilio A2P registration. One inbox across every channel a customer can reach you on.
